Cancellation Policy
" Your visit with us should be stress free, so before your appointment please read over our salon policies."
Salon Policies and Guidlines:
* In order for us to best serve our clients please allow at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. If you are feeling ill please call us to reschedule. A credit card is required to book all appointments. All "No show' appointments will be charged 100% of then total for services booked and all appointments cancelled less then 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the services booked. ALL EXTENTION APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED AT LEAST ONE WEEK BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TO AVOID BEING CHARGED the full amount of the service.
* We accept cash, check, and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover) for payment of services. We do not accept Amex.
* All gratuities are only accepted in the form of cash or venmo.
*Though we love children, the salon can be a dangerous place. Please leave all children home on your appointment day. ( We enforce this rule and will ask you to reschedule if children are brought to your appointment unless they are also receiving a service and cancellation fees will be implemented)
